Regulatory research for the people doing the checks.

Regulatory Pro is for compliance teams at CASPs and relevant fintech providers, and the advisers supporting them, when they repeatedly check firms, permissions and licensing evidence. It covers the registers below, not every fintech licence. These are dated views of public records; confirm a firm's current authorisation with the authority. Regulatory Pro is open by invitation: access is scoped in writing and fees are quoted after a short consultation. Market Intelligence is not part of this release.

Free tools, plus Regulatory Pro

Free now: the MiCA Radar, the Vendor Radar and the Global Regulatory Wire. Regulatory Pro adds the four cross-regulator views below — Comparator, MiFID II, EMI/PI and Tokenized Equities. For a worked example of one home jurisdiction, read the public Cyprus guide; it does not replace the nine-state Comparator.

How Regulatory Pro helps with a cross-regulator review

The free MiCA Radar shows a dated CASP snapshot; it does not answer what an investment firm or payments partner is authorised to do. Regulatory Pro brings the MiFID II and EMI / PI views alongside CASP licensing evidence so a team can work through repeated reviews without rebuilding each comparison from scratch. The registers are public and the authority remains the place to confirm current status.

If you need a single licensing decision, a scoped analysis may be a better purchase than a subscription. For a single-firm register check, the dated counterparty note is scoped and quoted after a consultation, delivered in five working days and credited against any engagement. See the free MiCA Radar and one-jurisdiction Cyprus guide for examples of our method.

Market Intelligence

Market Intelligence is not included in Regulatory Pro. It remains a separate preview; no access is being sold while its data rights and refresh are under review.

Access

The Wire, MiCA Radar, Vendor Radar, jurisdiction profiles, libraries and Fee Snapshot remain public. Regulatory Pro is invitation-only: a written order sets the scope, users, term and fee. There is no self-serve checkout; fees are quoted after a short consultation.

For a specific question

For a counterparty or licensing question, ask George for a written scope — a dated counterparty note, limited to the firms and sources named in the scope. This is not a legal opinion or regulated investment advice.
