What changed in this refresh. Kraken is shown at its Tier 1 rate of 0.40% maker / 0.80% taker; the earlier row used a lower-volume tier. Bybit EU moved to a single 0.25% rate on 5 October 2026. CoinJar Europe is a 1% conversion product, not 0.10%. KuCoin EU and WhiteBIT EU are modelled as order-book venues at 0.10% maker/taker.

Why it’s credible
The Snapshot is the free extract from a broader fee benchmark. The figures are drawn from published fee information and dated. Direct fee-schedule evidence is labelled as such; where only a provider site is linked, that is labelled separately and is not a direct fee-schedule source. The PDF records methodology and source notes; verify current fees before relying on a figure.

The other side of the ledger is what regulators charge CASPs — application charges and annual supervisory fees. Cyprus is the only EU jurisdiction whose entire CASP charge is fixed by official instrument, to the euro, per service.
