Who we are

The controller is George Agathangelou Consulting Services Ltd (trading as Agathangelou Consulting), a company registered in Cyprus under registration number HE 423108, with registered office at Trooditissis 11, Office 301, Aglantzia, 2113 Nicosia, Cyprus.

What we collect

This is a static website. It sets no analytics or marketing cookies and does not track visitors. If you contact us by email, we receive the personal data you choose to include in your message — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your enquiry.

Why we process it

We process enquiry data to respond to you and, where an engagement follows, to communicate with you about it. We rely on our legitimate interest in receiving and responding to business enquiries.

Who receives it

• Website hosting, DNS, and security services are provided by Cloudflare, Inc.
• Email services are provided by Zoho Corporation and processed in EU data centres.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months from the last contact and then deleted, unless an engagement follows or a legal obligation requires longer retention.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability. To exercise these rights, email george@agathangelou-consulting.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Cyprus.

International transfers

Email data is processed in EU data centres. Our website infrastructure provider may process limited technical data outside the EEA, subject to appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
